Pastry chef and confectioner Christophe Moret, a man who loves the good things in life, opened his business in 2001, much to the delight of people living in Rolle and visitors to the region. He offers all kinds of baked goods and pastries, chocolates and home-made ice creams, freshly prepared every day using the finest ingredients and available to take away or to eat in the tea-room which can seat up to 55 customers. Mr Moret is constantly on the lookout for outstanding products and he works with local artisan producers who share his love of great food and traditional craftsmanship.

The tea-room restaurant
You are welcome to pop into Confiserie Christophe Moret at any time of day, for a little snack to go with your favourite hot or cold drink, or even a glass of local wine.
Every Monday to Friday lunchtime from 12 noon to 2pm, there’s a daily special or you can order off the menu for a mixed salad or a hot dish prepared in the kitchen with the greatest of care by the chef. Confiserie Christophe Moret also has a high-end catering service for receptions and private functions: sandwiches are available with a variety of breads and fillings, a selection of pies and quiches and a wide range of petit fours.
