The Mignots, father and son, have been cheesemakers since 1961.
Made on site from fresh milk delivered by the producers twice a day, their cheeses owe their original and unique character to the special qualities of the region's milk, but also to the Mignots’ expert skill and experience.

The Mignots are also artisan pork butchers and sell cured meats, produced in-house without preservatives. If you’re a fan of ham, cooked sausages, grilled bacon, dry smoked sausage, mushroom terrine, sausage with cabbage and brawn, you’ll absolutely love the pork products on offer here.

A general grocery store with regional products

Located in the heart of Saint-George village, Fromagerie-épicerie Christian Mignot sells high- quality artisanal products – unusual jams, scented oils, local honeys, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh juices and breads. You can also find the local speciality Paper Vaudois (Vaud sausage with leeks and potatoes), and you can order gift baskets.

Catering service
