House clearances
Mathieu Nugues specialises in house clearance and he’s a man you can trust
He runs S.D.D. Services which clears out houses, apartments, chalets and holiday homes for his clients. Mathieu oversees the entire process in person - from the cellar to the attic - and ensures everything is sorted and disposed of ecologically either to the waste collection centre, the various EMS waste disposal services, or to orphanages and low-income families.Furniture and other surplus objects are given to second-hand dealers, always with the customer's permission.
Mathieu is also authorised by the curatorship service of Nyon to empty properties following an eviction. In these cases he is required to store all the furniture and other property seized.
When he is clearing a home following a death, whether at the request of an individual or the curatorship service, Mathieu always asks to have a family member as a contact, so he can return any valuables found at the scene, such as jewellery, silverware, cash, securities, wills etc.
The company uses troubled youngsters and/or people trying to get back into work to help with property clearance projects.
Transport
In the summer months, Mathieu can also provide transport for all kinds of items for individuals and companies. For example, an individual might entrust him with transporting motorcycles or scooters they have bought or sold, from the garage to their home or vice versa, from one canton to another, all over Switzerland. Sometimes he might collect a vehicle for servicing, which he then returns to his client's office or home.
Other services on request
Mathieu also carries out other jobs for clients such as hedge trimming, lawn mowing or clearing garden waste. He cleans ditches and gutters, and can handle small removal jobs or accompanying people to do their shopping, for medical visits, to the airport, for leisure, etc. A personalised estimate is provided for each job.
Supported by a network of professional service providers, Mathieu can recommend trusted workers to his regular customers for odd jobs, including painters, tilers, plasterers, heating engineers etc.
