The unpretentious, comfortable bedrooms, with mountain decor, are all equipped with en-suite showers and toilets, and those staying in the dormitories can use the showers and toilets upstairs. A hearty breakfast is included in the price of the room. Children under the age of two can stay free of charge and those aged three to nine pay a flat rate of 30 Swiss francs per night.
The Hôtel du Marchairuz also welcomes pets and they are allowed in the bedrooms (but not in the dormitory) for an additional 15 francs.

Serving the finest mountain fayre, the hotel’s restaurant features delicious local dishes, traditional fondues, croûtes au fromage (cheesy toast), alpine rösti, plates of cured meat, etc. You can also enjoy meat specialities, fish, shellfish and tasty desserts whipped up by the talented kitchen team using regional ingredients, according to the season. The wine list is sourced locally from the winegrowers of La Côte.

The whole place is heated entirely by wood which comes from the balanced management of the surrounding forest by the Forestry Service.
