Boulangerie Stalder


The Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Stalder in Aubonne offers a wide range of baked goods preparedon the premises using local ingredients, every day of the week.
Hervé Stalder and his team of bakers are true artists. To the delight of their customers, theywork all year round, seven days a week, baking bread, Viennese pastries and cakes andmaking chocolates which have won them numerous gold, silver and bronze medals from the Swiss Bakery Trophy.


Aubonnois chocolate


It could be milk, dark or perhaps the latest incarnation, ruby chocolate! At Boulangerie Stalder, you'll find a huge selection of original, hand-crafted delicacies, including the famous tonneaux à la lie de Féchy - chocolate with whisky.


The bread


Freshly baked bread is available every day from 6.30am. With the exception of a few specialities, all the bread is made using flour from the Moulin d’Aubonne mill. To ensure there is something for everyone, the bakery offers around 30 different recipes, including sourdough, long-fermented, cereal, organic and gluten-free breads.

Viennese pastries


Every day customers can choose from a wide range of Viennese pastries, as well as sweet and savoury bakery products - the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee, or if you are feeling peckish and fancy a snack.


Snacks and sandwiches


Boulangerie Stalder offers a selection of delicious sandwiches - with ham, cheese, tuna or chicken - freshly prepared on the premises every day or, for a change, why not try the small or large fresh mixed salads, and the vitamin-packed bircher mueslis to take away.


Specialities


The Stalder team has drawn on all their passion and creativity to develop several specialities.
You'll love the sweetness of the tuiles à la crème biscuits, the crunchy pastry of the flûtes au beurre, and the flavour of the taillés aux greubons - a Vaud speciality of puff pastry embedded with pork crackling.
Or why not try the pains de poire, the petits fours, the pavés aubonnois or the pain de la route du vignoble - a loaf with a beautiful bunch of grapes decorating its crispy crust.
